These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pksolt.ws and all services provided by PKSolt. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and PKSolt ("we", "us", "our", "pksolt"). By accessing pksolt.ws, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the pksolt platform.

If pksolt has reasonable grounds to believe you do not meet the eligibility requirements at any point, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation. All wagers placed by ineligible players will be voided.
PKSolt operates under a policy of zero tolerance for underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by or for a person under 18 will be permanently closed, all winnings forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities if required.
Each player may hold only one registered account on pksolt. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. PKSolt uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. When detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or winnings forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your pksolt account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
PKSolt is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You may be asked to provide:
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time will result in withdrawal requests being held and may result in account restriction. PKSolt processes KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your pksolt account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pksolt support immediately. PKSolt will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were available to you.
PKSolt accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e. using a payment account that does not belong to you — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the depositing account reviewed.

PKSolt does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control. All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your pksolt account balance at face value with no conversion applied.
PKSolt reserves the right to request additional verification for any deposit it considers unusual or inconsistent with your typical account activity. Deposits that cannot be verified will be returned to the originating payment method.
You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow the issuing bank's standard processing timeline, typically 1–3 business days. PKSolt aims to approve all standard withdrawal requests within 1 hour of submission during operational hours.
PKSolt offers various bonuses, promotions and free spins to new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer. The general bonus policy set out here applies to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Bonus funds credited to your pksolt account carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms. Standard wagering requirements on pksolt range from 10× to 35× depending on the offer type.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. As a general guide:
All bonuses on pksolt have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain in your account after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
PKSolt reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if it determines the promotion is being abused, exploited through coordinated play, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intent. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently restricted from future promotional offers.
All bets placed on pksolt are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or event on which the bet is placed. General betting rules applicable across the pksolt platform are set out below.
A bet is only valid when it has been accepted and confirmed by the pksolt system. Until that confirmation is received, the bet has not been placed. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet was accepted before assuming any position. PKSolt will not be liable for bets that were not completed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
If a technical error, software malfunction or system fault causes a game round or bet to produce an incorrect result, pksolt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance. Where an error results in a payout that is materially larger than would have been possible under correct operation, pksolt reserves the right to recover the difference from the player's balance or future winnings. PKSolt will not honour winnings that arise from obvious errors, regardless of whether the error was visible to the player at the time.
Cricket bets on pksolt are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board or governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet was placed. Matches abandoned or interrupted before a result can be determined are treated as void unless a minimum required number of overs have been bowled as specified in the individual market rules.
PKSolt applies a maximum single-event payout cap of Rs 50,00,000 (fifty lakh rupees) per player per calendar day across all game types combined. Jackpot prizes are subject to the specific jackpot terms applicable at the time of the trigger and may be paid in instalments for very large amounts.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pksolt and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

All content on the pksolt platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, software, text, data, design elements and the PKSolt brand identity — is the exclusive property of PKSolt or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pksolt platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any pksolt content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKSolt's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pksolt's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your pksolt account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining after the closure request is processed will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited on account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
PKSolt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pksolt may forfeit all or part of the account balance at its discretion. Where closure is for commercial or inactivity reasons only, balances are returned as set out in Section 13.1.
PKSolt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pksolt will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the pksolt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact pksolt's customer support team in the first instance and allow a reasonable period for resolution before pursuing any other remedy.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. PKSolt will not engage in legal proceedings in respect of claims below Rs 50,000 unless the claim relates to fraud or wilful misconduct.
